Great
Questions!

Does Poplar Provisions provide alcohol?

Nope– unfortunately due to California laws, we have to require event hosts to purchase and provide their own alcohol. Poplar Provisions is not permitted to transport alcohol in the State of California and we do not carry a bottle or liquor license. You purchase and bring your alcohol to your event, and we’ll set it up on tap! Along with fun-loving bartenders, we also provide water for you and your guests.

What kinds of alcohol can Pippa serve?

Pippa’s four taps are equipped to run simultaneously, and can serve perfectly-chilled beer, wine, cocktails, and/or mocktails.

Where is Poplar Provisions located?

Our home base is in Redlands, California, but we’ll come to you! Our bartenders will travel with Pippa anywhere within a 20 mile radius of Redlands, California, or outside of our region at a per-mile rate.

What do you charge for travel to my event venue?

A travel distance of twenty miles or less from zip code 92373 is included in all mobile bar and mobile marketplace packages. Anywhere outside of that radius is $.85 per mile, plus overnight accommodations for lengthier trips. Please contact us for availability in your region and custom pricing.

Are Poplar Provisions bartenders licensed and insured?

Yes, we’ve got the legal bases covered in the State of California. All Poplar Provisions bartenders are licensed, and we carry both general and liquor liability insurance.

Does Pippa require a power source?

Nope! Pippa is cordless. If your event requires us to use more power than normal, we will work with you or your planner on making sure we have the appropriate amount of power.

What is your payment and refund policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation. The remaining payment must be made within 30 days prior to the event date. Full deposit refunds are given if the event is canceled within 30 days prior to the event. 50% deposit refunds are given if canceled within 14 days prior to the event.

Do you have a rain date policy?

We are happy to work with you in the case of inclement weather. The host of the event will be responsible for tent cover of the bar. Unfortunately, we cannot serve in the rain without appropriate cover.

In the case of postponement, all events must be postponed within 3 days of the event. We will try our best to make it to your rain date. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to serve at the future date of your event.

We NEED you at our event! How can we make this happen?

Click the “Party With Us” button at the top of the page and give us a little information. We will get back in touch with you as quickly as possible!

Other questions? We’d love to hear from you!
